Love how Tom simply does not care... I like thinking he kept Bonnie up to date on how many other 'siblings' Judy's unaware of.

I know that the creators of Zootopia designed some unique features for Judy, making her stand out among the other rabbits. But those features also made her look very different from her parents. Hence to create this joke with these differences in mind was just a hop.
