I'm gonna look past Judy's psychical abuse and Nick's emotional abuse(both are shitty)
Regardless of who's right and who's wrong, the bottom line is they want different things
Nick wants to be a dad, while Judy wants to focus on her career
She has every right to refuse having the child and terminating it, and he has every right to leave, perhaps find a woman who does want kids...of the same species so the birth doesn't end up killing her(as Judy stated, size difference matter)
