This looks really good, specially the lips, the irises and the eyebrows! I haven't seen the reference picture (if you used one) but one eye looks way bigger than the other one . About the hair, it got too many spots that seem empty and look white, you should consider smudging it with a cotton pad and drawing more little hairs on top of it. You also did a really good job with shading and blending, except for that thick dark line on the neck. Otherwise this is amazing! Good job, keep it up!

And about the critiques - yes, you're right! The problem was that I lost my patience with the hair and neck at the end, and I must have rushed things over. After all, I've been watching the unfinished portrait for almost two years, and eventually, it really got on my nerves.

I really know what you mean, i always get impatient when it comes to finishing my draws and it really annoys me :/ Because I always end up doing a lot of mistakes and getting tired of the drawing, so I start another one lol. Youre welcome!
