I wanted to try out that new dA muro Redraw feature, so I made a quick doodle of Theodore. Looking back at the replay, I know I made a few mistakes and I didn't bother with a clean up. But I guess it doesn't matter...this new feature is AWESOME!!I guess this is to also show people how I draw the Chipmunks. I'm more of a visual learner myself, so if I watch someone else draw I can pick up a pencil and imitate what they did. So I hope that all of you who are learning how to draw these characters can get an idea from this.

Theo? Can I just ask you? Was this Nathan person ever somewhat shy and wanted friends but had none which actually made him a bully in the first place?

Theodore: Β I don't know, but I think Nathan would be nicer if people would give him a chance. Β He does seem kind of lonely. Β He used to steal my lunch every day, but then I decided to pack an extra lunch to give him because I don't think he comes to school with a lunch... Β But anyway, since I started doing that, he's been leaving me alone.

I'm just going to secretly tell you this since Alvin isn't around, Theodore. I don't think Alvin really needs any real friends at all if he's going to have an un-forgiving heart, and I'm dead off serious.
Well, if everyone won't give Nathan a chance, I won't give anyone a chance neither! Except for you, Michelle, Gary & Nathan.

very neat. i'm going to look back on this in artist veiw because there are some things that you did that i'm not sure how you did it. like lift up his eye and hor you darkened the shadows all at once. but other then that, i understand how you work. i would like to see more redraws form you. they fun to look at and you can learn so much from watching other artist.

Yes it is, and I'm so sorry to keep you waiting. I started working on it, and then I had other things going on. Since I'm finishing up with finals tomorrow, I'll be sure to continue working on it.
