Description Hey guys!
Second Part of the Mechopolis series

Part I: Part III:


This one took too long...it's been almost a week since I started it, the main problem is that my classes are back, so I can't work the whole day as I used to do...

It follows the story of Mr. D.O.T as he tries to recover his stolen IDtape. After finding out that MechCo. and a group of smugglers known as The Junktown Mercs were behind the missing robots in Mechopolis, he roved through the desert looking for the legendary outlaw haven of Junktown, lair of the most infamous bandits around, in hopes of finding out what happened to him.

it was based on Rango, Metropolis, Flashback (snes game), Red Dead Redemption, Machinarium and an indie game called Little Wheel [link]

So, I can definitely feel machinarium in this piece. The drops light neon, little robot-like things, that owl in the top, and light effects, talk balloons.
I'd enter in Junktown, looks awesome!

Awesome work man, Machinarium also left me very inspired The definition of genre here is very tricky and I see you have a poll on peoples' views on the genre of photomanipulation. I normally think less of it but I think your style takes it closer to painting and I definitely dig it.
