Story: The player learns that their rival's father has been making regular trips to Lower Nero Island, an island off the coast of Nero City which was abandoned when it became dangerously overpopulated, the only access to which is through an abandoned subway tunnel. The player travels there.

Blake is an elusive figure among the Ovaro elite. She is an affluent socialite who is rumoured to have criminal interests. Few know that she owns an auction house on Lower Nero Island, where rare - often stolen - antiques are sold to the highest bidder. The player journeys through the dark, empty streets of Lower Nero Island to find her auction house, and uncover the secrets it holds.

By the time the player arrives, an auction has just ended wherein Team Rook have purchased a rare item. After the player battles a few of their members, Blake emerges to investigate the commotion. Team Rook leaves, and the player battles Blake in exchange for information on what Team Rook have purchased.
