This is one of my ships from my Star Wars Fanfiction Series: Star Wars: The Shadow Wars. The series is currently between "Seasons."

Note: The information below is from my own universe which is a blend of old and new canon and it not to be considered canon in any other universe but mine. I should also mention that this ship is canon (at least Legacy Canon) but its history is significantly different as far as my universe is concerned.

The Prosecutor is one of the few Acclamator Assault Ships still in service by 28 ABY. The Prosecutor started its career ferrying the Clone Army to Geonosis at the outbreak of the Clone Wars. In 21 BBY, the Prosecutor was nearly captured by Trandoshan slavers in the employ of the Separatists but their plans were foiled when the Clone Commandos of Delta Squad boarded the vessel and cleared out the Trandoshans as well as fend off the CIS's attempts to board and later destroy the vessel. After that the Prosecutor was towed back to Republic Space and repaired. After being repaired it received the red fleet markings of the Open Circle Fleet and had these markings for the duration of the Clone Wars.

After the Clone Wars ended, the Prosecutor was upgraded and repainted again to bear the Empire's new grey coloration. Along with the new colors, the Prosecutor received a new purpose: the transport of slaves that would serve in the construction of the Death Star. The Prosecutor transported slaves from various locations such as Kashyyyk, Lasat, Shili, Ryloth, and countless other planets. The Prosecutor sustained heavy damage during an ambush by the Rebellion roughly two years after the Battle of Yavin but was recovered by the Empire although the slaves had all escaped. The Empire deemed the ship not worth the effort in repairing and had it sent to Raxus Prime to be broken up for scrap. On the way however, the ship was stolen by the Rebels who managed to repair her vital systems and managed to get her as far as Sullust where the ship was repaired and brought back up to full strength. The Prosecutor was now a Rebel vessel and was tasked with transporting large amounts of cargo for the Rebellion. The Prosecutor was busy harassing Imperial forces near Ryloth at the time of the Battle of Endor but it did participate in the Liberation of Coruscant and the Battle of Jakku.

Later, the Prosecutor was absorbed into the 501st Fleet Group and is once more a recognized symbol of the Republic. By 28 ABY, a year short of the 50th Anniversary of the Clone Wars, the Prosecutor is one of four Acclamators in the 501st Fleet Group. While it doesn't carry nearly as many men as it once did during its prime, the Prosecutor still proudly transports infantry and vehicles for the 501st. The Prosecutor was the assault ship that deployed the bulk of the 501st's forces at the Invasion of Thule.

Inside the Prosecutor's bridge, main hold, and in each hangar bay, is a pair of broken binders inside of a frame with the words "Never Again!" written beneath them, the image reminding the Prosecutor's crew of its shameful past as a slave transport while declaring that the ship will never be used for such a purpose ever again.
