Well, what to say?
Apart from the fact that the white balance seems a little off, I believe the lighting and colors give a much more vibrant and modern look to Escher's concept.
And what is even more amazing is that you managed to pull off something similar to his drawings, only through photography. And I must love wide-angle lenses for that
