I think the green skinned one gives off a more sickly vibe, a more corrupted feeling, like she's just waiting for the right opportunity to curse you. The lighter faerie looks like she's just out for a few laughs and pranks like mischievous faeries will do. Whichever attitude you were going for is probably the one to choose, but it's ultimately up to you and what you like better. Personally, I like the green skinned faerie more.

haha that is a good observation. I need to remember that skin colors when combined with how the character looks adds to what ppl will interpret their personality to be like. And you are right; the white skinned faerie does look mischievous and that is prob why I like her.

It's awesome, the concept behind it is astounding. This is the kind of fairy guys want, sexy, tough and non girly.
It is a female fairy right?

While I feel the whole torn-wing-evil-fairy look may be a bit overdone, I do like the originality on the concept. I think the pink on the marking thing could be toned down though. You could lighten it up to look more like a scar. I like the dual color designs, and the green doesn't stand out too much. I do feel the dark green stitch marks on the left's could be a bit darker so it would mimic the right's contrast a bit more; the scars/stitches of the one on the right pop out more as stitching and the others look more like markings.

Thanks.
The marking on the face had to be bright. Don't know why, but I saw it bright in my head from the moment I decided to have it there. It's not so much a scar as it is a tattoo or birthmark type thing.
In all honesty, I wasn't sure if I wanted those to be scars or stitch marks. I kinda like the scar look on the right, and I also kinda like the stitches look on the left. Now that I'm thinking about it though, perhaps what appeals to me about the right one is that they stand out a lot more... that bold contrast is appealing imo.

Here I go with realism again, sorry about that.
If it was a birth mark, than it can still be a bit faded, just to add a little realism. I feel the neon/hot pink doesn't go with the overall character scheme. The design of the markings/tattoos is fine, but they are evil fairies with hot pink lightning bolt looking things down the sides of their faces. If you wanted, you could tint is as a more reddish color, so as to suggest that parts of their bodies are naturally red and match the wings. I think a cool concept would be to have the top of their marking near their eyes be a red and slowly bleed into their face and create that pink color you were going for. Right now, the off coloration of the eye on that side of the face and the marking make it seem like it was a scar that damaged their eye or something of the sort. With the more red coloration, it won't seem that way and you can pull of some of that pink that you wanted. I like their outfits, and if you want to go for a ripped fabric look on the bottom half of their dress things, you could place small holes hear the edges and maybe have small bits of it be frayed.

Been looking at it more. Another one of the starter images I had for this was that both the eyes were black. You think going back to black would make the cheek mark better? I keep looking at the normal eye and it is just that; normal. I feel like it is throwing the marking off more than it really is. Black eyes are purely inhuman, so I would think that the "unrealistic" color of the mark goes well with it as opposed to the normal eye.

If evil is what you are looking for, I'd say yes to the eyes being black. I feel like the normal eyes do add some humanity to it though, perhaps to show that they didn't start out as evil but were made this way? I suppose it really depends on the overall feel you wanted to get from them. Right now, they look sinister, but still capable of having human emotions. Like you said, black eyes would make them inhuman and thus, not capable of anything but hatred/evil.
