Its been FOREVER since I drew a Sonic character and its about damn time I drew one again.
Gotta love Rouge's sexy and sly style. Both reasons why she is one of my most favorite Sonic characters out of the whole franchise. You go girl!!
I had a blast coloring her in Gimp. Enjoy~Heres the last pic I did of her.

your background is mind-blowing, as well! the depth thanks to that checker-floor and the dark background really helps bring Rouge out, and I don't believe the number of effects you can chuck in there and have it just look INCREDIBLE!
