these two beauty queens can't get enough of themselves... and that's what i love about em. the other day i had a thought, that Elvira: Mistress of the Night, and Jareth: the Goblin King, have oftly simular hair styles (really big on top, long bits hanging down) so i wanted to draw them together to compair.
I can totally see these two getting together one night to do each other's hair and drink wine. Elvira giving Jareth emotional support about Sarah, and him laughing at the most recent episode of horror she's witnessed.
any one else see this as a possibility?

I'm not familiar with Elvira, but I have come across her name in a social outlet before.
The concept's interesting. There's some rationale to your logic, and I find it quite amusing. Suppose Jareth abandons his quest to requite his unrequited love for Sarah and reinstates Elvira in the process? Suppose he'll love her instead? Ohhhh. War.

Elvira seems more like an old friend to me. Like they might have been together once, or fooled around a bit from time to time for the fun of it, but I personally see her more as a friend/sidekick to the Goblin king.
And in classic RomCom style, she might come over to the castle at the center of the goblin city late one night after another attempt to "woo" Sarah had failed. After one too many bottles of wine they would hatch this "flawless" plan to get Sarah to admit her feelings for him by pretending the two of them were together. Of course with a lot of magic and some zany goblins thrown in too, the plot would be perfect for mischievous shenanigans

She's a lady with class, I can see why you're inclined to see her as an ally rather than just a one-night-stand.
Ohhh, that sounds so plausible, I think it'll work.
You should try writing it down as a oneshot.
