Even though I'm going to color this in the next day or so, I just really wanted to share the line art for it before hand.
I'm so proud, guys, and I hope that doesn't sound silly to say. But I took a chance tonight and tried drawing a picture from scratch on my tablet. I've done a bit of this before but the lines always came out fuzzy, and the proportions of the drawing always off. This time though, amazingly it came out super well! like wow! And I didn't use a reference for their posing. At all!
Oh my god you guys, this is the start of something, I can feel it! Straight to tablet drawing! More fluid lines! A better knowledge of anatomy without references! Glory be!! It's happening!!

... ahem. As you can see I'm excited. We'll have to see how this technique progresses

This is the line art for 's gift. Because she is an angle who likes my fluffy space captain, and for that I adore her She asked for a drawing of herself with Captain Varden Treta, the male lead of my Scifi story The Nebula's Tide.
(In the finished drawing she will be wearing clothes. They are yet to be added)
