By a hint from a commenter, this flower is a Lily of the Nile, also known as an Agapantus in Latin

If you stare long enough it looks like it's moving its heads towards you !! but flowers don't have heads, everybody knows that Still, it looks like it's growing out of the screen, it's lovely to see Especially in winter (*is surrounded by dead trees*)
