Yes, it is a new group design featuring the Turtles, the Rainbooms and heir Allies come to Hogwarts and allied with the famous Harry Potter and his friends. Much like Harry and his friends, the group have also have been placed into houses (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin)

Something recently came into mind, since the new Fantastic Beasts film (Secret of Dumbledore) coign this year 2022.

I peronsally design their Hogwart House uniforms myself with a few parts included.
