There are several things about this photo that catch my eye right away. You've captured a family scene at a restaurant, classic bonding time. Also, the place you were sitting in had some great lighting, you have a wide variety of tones in the image, another plus, despite the reflection on a few picture frames in the background, I don't feel that those are too huge of a deal, at least for me personally.

I like how everyone is looking in different directions, each person (and child) having their own point of interest, it makes the viewer think about what everyone was looking at, clearly something interesting was in progress in several areas of the restaurant.

I also like the tilt that the image has to it, it adds a sense of spontaneity to the shot. While I tend to be a sucker for perfectly straight lines to get balance the tilt works well here.

However, a few things about this image I think could have been done better. To be specific, you have a shot of the woman on the right with her finger in her mouth, not exactly the most attractive looking pose for any person. In my job, I have a rule of thumb that says do not take photos of anyone about to put anything in their mouth e.g. cups, food, or in your case, fingers. While the restaurant scene looks wonderful, and the glasses and utensils could be used to add interest to a photo, making sure that people aren't about to take anything in our out of their mouths is something I watch for. Granted this is for a job and not for street photography/spontaneous portraits/etc, I think that the same rule tends to apply to both.

The table, and most things on it, are also a bit washed out. This I don't mind as much as the former comment, I just wish that I could've seen more of what was actually on the table.

Overall it's a good shot, just the hand-in-mouth thing is what gets to me the most.

My mom (on the far right) might not have the same feeling. LOL

I love this shot, but if I were the lady with her finger in her mouth... I'd smack you upside the head for it

That's my mom and if she sees this she will fly to Taipei and slap me upside the head.

I liked my cousins daughter and her eyes in this one.
