Always liked crocodilian aspects. Love the sinister look in his eye as well. Plus, can't go wrong with a bipedal crocodile/turtle with a horn.

No you cant. Off all reptiles in the world, there is indeed a sinister look in a croc's eyes. Even more so than a snake.
