A bit of Freddy Krueger here. With the hat and wrinkly face. Love it by the way.

Thanks, he was actually inspired by the creepy pastor from Poltergeist 2.

EVIL. Reminds me of Julian Beck in Poltergeist.

Heh, I modeled the outfit on the Preacher! But the face I actually based on one of The Gentlmen monsters from the show Buffy the Vampire Slayer (episode Hush).

Mr. Sardonicus!
Good work on this one, I love that red shading on his facial features. The veins on the hand adds a nice touch, along with the yellow eyes and teeth.
The way you have him reminds me of a evil sheriff, especially with the hate.

Never seen it, but I've seen the trailer and images for the film. I really want to see it when I get a chance.

Saw yesterday, the ending almost made me cry for the titular character. Thanks for sharing the links.

Evil sheriff...that could make for a good Batman story. The idea for the skin was I like to base a lot of my work in the real work. Likey because of my long facination with special effects makeup and how movie makers try to shoot for believable fantasy. So I was thinking is a persons skin got bleached pure white, would it become translucent enough to see the blood beneath it? Hence the visible veins and pinkish tint to the skin.

Oh... I figured the red was for lighting and skin shading rather than actual flesh tones. It would make sense since the chemicals made it a skin pigmentation like a black rose(it's not technically black, but that's the type's name).
