How these two became friends is bizarre, especially when wyverns are known to be dangerous!

Margari was walking around on open grass looking for a place to sit and eat some takeaway pizza she ordered. A nearby hill had the most beautiful view of the ocean, Margari walked up and sat on the top, eating her pizza while look out into the sky, admiring the view.

Nearby was a cave, home to a rare White fur Obsidian Wyvern. It slept in silence with the sounds of the waves of sea crashing into the shore.

It was suddenly awoken by a smell, a smell it never smelt before. Out of curiosity, the wyvern tracked down the scent of this mysterious aura.

On the hill, Margari was feeling sleepy and decided to take a small nap on the hill, letting the sounds of the sea put her into a peaceful trance.

Meanwhile, the mysterious smell the wyvern sensed grew stronger as it flew though the sky, looking for the source of the smell. It may had found its answer sooner than expected.

On a hill was a woman sleeping with a box of pizza beside her, the wyvern both feeling hungry due to the scent and fear due to her presence near his territory.

Noticing that the sky suddenly got dark, Margari opened her eyes to see a long black face of a creature staring at her.

As her instincts kick in, she yelled in fear as the creature looked very intimidating. Fearing the worst Margari froze still, keeping eye contact on the creature.

It backed off fearing that she could possibly harm her if given the chance, it then got distracted by the mysterious scent once again. Seeing this, Margari took the box and opened it. Pulled out a slice of pizza and waved it at the creature.

"Is this what you want?!" Said Margari, as she slowly stood up and walked towards the creature. It then cautiously approach her staring at the pizza. Once close enough, Margari threw the pizza into the air.

As a flash, the creature leapt towards the pizza and ate it, it suddenly roared out loud causing Margari to fall backwards. She regained herself up straight to see the creature standing in front of her.

Quickly, she then took the box and held it in front of her. The creature then took the box out of her hands and proceeded to eat the rest of the pizza.

Getting a better look at it, Margari identified the creature as a wyvern, a dragon like serpent with wings for hands, standing on 2 legs showing sharp claws on its feet and covered in glorious purple and white fur.

Once it had finished eating, the wyvern then turned to look at Margari, realising now that she's out of pizza, her fear came back. The wyvern walked towards her and stood face to face with Margari.

Shutting her eyes, she prayed that she wasn't next to be devoured. She then felt its head rubbing against hers, opening a eye, the wyvern then laid down in front of her smiling. Knowing that the fear of being eaten is likely impossible. She petted the wyvern on the head, smiling back.

She then noticed the sun falling over the horizon, looked back at wyvern and said: "For a big scary wyvern, you're not so dangerous at all. But unfortunately I can't stay for much longer, I need to go back to my home".

The wyvern was confused by what she said, it then looked at the sun, seeing it almost completely out of view. It then looked at Margari growing sadly.

"Don't worry, we'll meet again soon". Said Margari as she proceeded to pick up the box. She waved goodbye to the wyvern and walked back home.

At home, as she was preparing for sleep, Margari still wouldn't stop thinking about what happened. She met and befriended a wyvern! She was almost too excited to sleep as encountering a rare creature really made her wonder, is the more then just that one?

She then went to sleep, dreaming of meeting that wyvern again.

Tomorrow happens and Margari is heading over to the hill where she last met the wyvern, bringing with her a stone oven and a frozen stone baked pizza and some wood from a nearby forest.

As she approached the top she was surprised to see the same wyvern sleeping. She unpacked her stuff and went over to the sleeping wyvern and patted its head.

The wyvern sprung up from its sleeping, startled by the sudden parting on its head, only to see the same girl from yesterday. It roared to the sky making Margari fall backwards from the sudden noise.

It then started to rub it head against Margari's, she struggled to get back up as it kept caressing its head against her. "Okay okay, hello to you too".

When it finally stopped to let Margari stand up, Margari walked over to the stone oven and prep it up and started putting logs under it, the wyvern started, wondering what she was doing with such a thing?

She then pulled out the frozen pizza and presented it, the wyvern jumped with joy as it knew what it was. "I thought you would want another one as you completely ate all of mine yesterday".

She then took the pizza out of its rapping and placed it in the oven, "It needs to be cooked before we can feast on it". As Margari explains, she goes over to her bag to fetch a lighter to start up the fire, only to realise she forgot it back at home. "I knew I forgot something"!

Margari then sighed in sadness as she wasted her time setting up the oven only to not have a way to cook the pizza.

The wyvern looked at the logs and then started to concentrate on the logs, its mouth started to flare up and looked like it was charging up something.

And then out of nowhere, it shot a bright purple ball of fire at the logs, causing them to set ablaze. Margari jumped as a sudden burst of fire appeared under the oven.

"OI! Careful! You almost hit me"! Yelled Margari. The wyvern bowed its head into its wing and looked frightened after Margari's sudden outburst. She then calmed down and apologised. "If you wanted to help, ya should have warned me". She then walked up to it and petted it as it slowly grew happy.

It then hugged Margari and growled happily. She giggled as the fur from its neck stroked against Margari cheek, tickling her. She then tried to break free from its grasp, but it would let her go.

"Can you let me free? I need to check on the pizza to see if it's ready to eat". It ignored her and started to rub its fur against her neck, "NO NO DON'T-" she let out a squeal of laughter as its fur started to get in her way. "KNOCK IT OFF!" Margari, now trying to find her way out struggled to escape as she was covered in the wyvern fur.

The wyvern then let Margari free, still laughing from the tickling, she then walked up to the oven to check on the pizza. It wasn't ready yet as the cheese hadn't melted yet and the crust was still pale.

She then looked back at the wyvern with a pouty face, "Don't do that again ok? Your fur is so soft it tickles.

The wyvern then displayed its wings and flapped them continuously letting its fur shake in the wind, while roaring loudly with pride. This almost caught Margari off guard as she maintained her balance.

"You like to show off huh? Well you do look majestic",
"You need a name". The wyvern then looked at Margari, "Eclipse, that's sounds like a good name, don't you think"?

Its roared with delight, "Very well then, it's nice to have you as a friend Eclipse". As Margari sat down on the grass.

Eclipse then sat next to the oven, waiting for it to be ready, Margari sat opposite of Eclipse and smiled at her new friend.

They both waited as the sun shone brightly above them and the ocean water gleaming with light as it crashed against the shore, enjoying each other's company.

And that's how Margari befriended a wyvern. Not something you see every day.
