All excellent points. Didio is the worst thing to happen to the BatFamily since Schumacher.
You missed the worst thing in my opinion, though: turning Cassandra Cain--Batgirl--evil for no reason, completely turning a 180 for her entire character development, and worse, HAVING NO ONE SEEM TO CARE ABOUT IT
