|PERSONALITY|

Freddy is a very cheerful and quite caring person, he may try to hide it at times but he really is a big softy. But he’s not always such a big sack of joy, he is quite hot headed and very sensitive about being called “old” in anyway. He still considers him cool but even back in his day he really wasn’t that cool. He tends to try way to hard without nodesing and ses really stuped things that really just make himself look silly. But no matter if he is a big softy or a cool kid wannabe he still has that creepy grin and hypnotic eyes that really just linger along with him.

|HISTORY| Freddy also known as Dr. Problem in the normal world, he was born in Kanto and was a farily week Drozzy and well that was the main reason he was captchured. But he didn’t get mutch stonger after that, his trainer was a breeder and well, a hippy. His trainer wodent let him battle at all really but at night Freddy would go out and train on his own. After awile of cors Freddy had to difrend his trainer in bettle and it was that very battle he evolved. Best moment of his life as Freddy likes to put it. But that still didn’t chage his trainers out look on battling, he didn’t like it anymoor then he alredy did really. After that Freddy never really trained, he just liked being a Hypno. So about a year or two after that, Freddy’s trainer bot a ranch in Unava and so thay moved there. After a long bote ride thay reached there designation and after awile of walking where confronted by a lady who went by Professor Fennel, she asked Freddys trainer if she could use his only pokemon, Freddy in a experiment. After a wile of explaining the Professor had convinced Freddy’s trainer to allow her to use him and Freddy was placed in his poke ball for the first time in many years.

|EXTRAS|

Freddy doesn’t really use his pendulum unless he’s battling or is asked to, as he can hypnotize people or pokemon into doing what he wants…but sadly he doesn’t exactly know how to. He mainly uses it as a toy moor then a weapon and likes to fling it around like a yoyo

Freddy’s fairly gullible, and will take advice from really anyone he gets it from.

Freddy like any Hypno has that creepy vibe that kind of lingers behind him and tends to un intentionally smiles creepily or ses something quite odd or disturbing without thinking first

When Freddy gets mad he doesn’t exactly blow up, he will glare for abit be for flippin’ out
