Personality/History:
Dennie has always been down-to-earth. He takes things a little slow and tries to see reasoning behind everything.
Growing up in the city of Olan he took a fascination in the musical arts, picking up on the Saxophone and Harmonica over years of practice.
When talking to others he always comes off as flirty, though he never seems to pursue any love interests. He will laugh and cut up with anyone who is willing.

I actually think it's the complete opposite. I think that realistically, the percentage of snorunt who become froslass as opposed to glalie would be extremely small, because a) Dawn Stones don't grow on trees, and b) I have a theory that when a snorunt evolves into froslass, it runs the risk of losing its soul and having it replaced with that of a dead human. (After all, its pokedex entries say it's thought to be a woman who died in the snow, not a snorunt who died in the snow.) So I think the concept of evolving that way would be kind of creepy and strange and very few would seek it out to begin with.
Then again, this is kind of referring to wild pokemon, so I guess it's makes sense that a lot of trainers would want froslass over glalie, especially considering the difference in their popularity as is. So in trainer owned pokemon I can understand there being more.

I like the snorunt line a lot ^_^; I guess I was kind of thinking the PMD group, which was kind of an OCT and involved wild pokemon, since that was where all my snorunts came from. I found about 20 snorunts in the group, every single one was female, and all of the ones I saw either evolved or were planning to evolve into a froslass.
Maybe I shouldn't be talking since I've roleplayed or conceptualized two froslass characters (one of them trainer-owned, and belonging to someone from a group that has stolen and hoarded evolution stones), as opposed to three glalie in total, and I actually think the ratio would be a lot less than that, more like one froslass for every fifty or more glalie. But I also had an entire colony of snorunt and glalie that just don't have developed personalities yet.
You know what's funny? I think I've seen more male froslass characters than I have female glalie.
