I was feeling the inescapable desire to quickly paint a portrait, but I never thought this particular image would come to this. I've been recently interested in constellations, in that ancient art of finding human beauty and stories in a sky that seems so alien and mysterious to us. I've started working on a couple of piece of my own "constellations", which I will hopefully be finishing soon, but when i drew the shape of her hips, I knew I had to throw her into Ursa Major.
