Last but certainly not least, my final Thunder Force image for the 's Extras section.Happy Easter, everybody!
So, here we have Thunder Force's Alpha Team, led by the Mighty American.
Always flanked, of course, by the just as patriotic Miss July ( who strikes me as co-captain for some reason ).
Another veteran, even though young in years, is the witty Animal Boy.
We also have a man here, who combines brains and brawn like nobody else, the Wildman.
There's also the mysterious Cross and the cocky, yet unerring Arrow-Kill.
The wild card of the team certainly is the creepy Eris Modra
Rounding it up is the water & thunder combination of Thunderhead and the Atlantean ambassador Tsunami.
And now, fellas, do it like the Mighty American here!
Stand up straight and tall, put your hand over your heart and in a loud and clear voice say together with him:
"We, the people!"
Personal Note:
Animal Boy for some reason reminds me of Nightwing, even though his costume looks nothing like that.
It might be the whole young, teenage hero growing up thing
Also, I probably fucked up the height difference between Thunderhead and Tsunami a bit ... but since they are supposed to be floating, I guess it's no biggie
All in all, I'm rather proud of this one - and I hope you like it too, guys!

Yeah my favourites were Charmander, and the Legendary Birds.Β

Back then during generation one, I was hellbend on finding a way to defeat the legendary ones with ordinary ones.
I felt that anybody could win with the legendary ones, but that it needed a true PokΓ©mon Master to beat those without using them myself.
What can I say, I succeeded

Yeah, it was a trick trying to get them. I usually weakened them and used "sing" so that it would be easier with the ultra balls. But at least the birds were easy compared to the Legendary Beasts in Generation 2.

At least in Crystal, Suicune would not run away. Though unfortunately you needed to get all three beasts in that game if you wanted to get to Ho-Oh.
At least in Generation III they introduced unqiue abilities for each pokemon, such as the one ability certain pokemon had to prevent wild pokemon from fleeing.

No, it's just the first thought that came to me when I played the games again after so many years away from it. If I do a review of Pokemon in general, I'll go into more detail about this.

Well done on all three teams, sir. And like Lecter, I'll admit this line-up is my favorite of the existing teams at this date. But I'll admit it's mainly due to what I call my own "Avengers Factor", in that with the Avengers the first line-up you were exposed to when you began reading comics tends to be your favorite. And with the exception of Eris being in this line-up, this is essentially what I think of when I hear the name "Thunder Force."
But the other two teams have great and interesting characters as well, so it's all good.

I know what you mean, Eris is the only one not looking like a superhero - but she makes up for it by actually having lightning featuring powers, so she fits in quite well

Yeah, she looks very nice. Don't feel too bad about the height. A lot of people miss that bit of info about Tsunami.

Actually, I know how tall she is ( 6'5" ), I just don't know exactly how tall Thunderhead is

When I talked to Gaston about it, he said somewhere around 6ft, maybe an inch or two talks than that.

Then it's a good thing we can't see her legs here ( and that I drew her shorter than him ) and can just pretend she's floating slightly lower than him
