Description
Because it's the final day of the year ( even though a shit year ), I wanted to draw something.
So, I decided to give an underappreciated VWW original her long overdue due.

THUY NGUYEN
This lady has been with VWW for over a decade now. Her rather stiff style has given her the moniker "the queen of potatoes" or just "Tato" backstage. Most of the other wrestlers know what to expect when wrestling her, though, and handling a "Thuy Tato Fest" with grace is considered an indoctrination ritual. Besides, you may feel it in the morning, but other than a few light bruises, Thuy is considered a very safe hand and otherwise great to work with. A constant on VWW television in the early 2010's, she still has had only a handful of PPV matches to this day. She has worked Face and Heel during this time. Originally portraying a silent, bitter shoot fighter, reminding the fans of America's sins during the Vietnam War.
Being a jobber to the stars for most of her career, Thuy seemed destined to never be anything more than a decent worker on the undercard. She's not the greatest promo out there, either. Still, her passion and loyalty and ability to get a solid match out of anybody, not only earned her the fans' respect, but also made her garner a cult following. While it is clear to anybody that Thuy will never headline a PPV or challenge for the World Title, anything else seems within the realms of possibility for this well-respected VWW legend.
