Description
The I-Link is an evolution of the Internet in my cyberpunk story, "Virtual Law". Enforcers do not disguise themselves with specialized avatars, but rather, show their faces as a sign to others that they have nothing to hide. Kate is fanatical in her dedication to the League and along with the help of her partner, Jackie, deal with issues that compromise the League's security in the real worlds and on the I-Link, in whichever world she happens to be working in.

I am ECSTATIC about how well this turned out, as this provided me with an opportunity to test my paint.net skills to create Tron-like effects: something I have always wanted to do, but was never sure how. I learned the glow effect by accident, and once I learned a few more skills, I realized that I could do this. I hope you like it, fellow Deviants!
