I find it crazy and cool to assemble a team that's a mixture of cartoons, anime, and TV shows, especially if you include yourself as a leader, which I did. As for the question marks in the boxes, I haven't found a god, goddess, demon, and demigod in mind, so my apologies if I disappointed you and I'll try better next time. So here are the candidates.

Leader: Me (I imagine myself running the team.)
Co-Leader: Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore)
Brains of the Operation: Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) (His IQ of 187 can come in handy.)
The Other: The Godpigeon (I find his Italian gibberish very funny.)
The Warrior: Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
The Pet/Mascot: Cat (I'm very fond of cats.)
The Engineer: Wile E. Coyote
The Mercenary: Faceman (A-Team)
Secret Agent: Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson)
The Robot: R.O.B
The Angel: Irina Shidou (She's a angel... literally, if you see the halo and pure white wings.)
Lead Scientist: Tails
Master Swordsman: Saito Hiraga
Ninja: Naruto in his Sage Mode
Loner: Luigi
Stealth Export: Yami
Beast: Taz (A funny one as well.)
Awesome One: Lucario (His power of Aura, obiviously.)
Badass: Yosemite Sam
Most Awesome Badass: Azazel
The Jerk: Montana Max
The Doctor/Healer: Maki Nishikino (According to her background, she comes from a family of doctors.)
Teacher/Mentor: Matsu (She is the Sekirei of Wisdom, after all.)
Funnyman, or Funnybunny in this case: Babs Bunny (She's got a sense of humor at a high level.)
The Villain Turned Hero: Marvin the Martian
The Absolute Last Resort: Issei Hyoudou in his Balance Breaker
The One Who Brought the Team Together: Bugs Bunny
The Special One: Murdock (The A-Team, 2010)
Sorcerer/Mage: Sona Sitri (She specializes in water magic.)
The Kid: Buster Bunny

The HQ: The Residence
Vehicle: 2015 Chevrolet Suburban (I would paint it black and equip bulletproof and magicproof armor, tires, and windows.)
