General
Age: the youngest of the three, but he's still a few thousand years old.
Gender: male
Breed: Languar (explaination ---> [link] )
Nickname: "Jack", hence the symbol on his leg

Powers
Hysteria has the ability to control emotions. This makes him extremely useful among Languar who are working against the Kalia, because the Kalia tend to be rather emotional, believe it or not. He is relentless in his work, and usually drives his victims completely mad until they simply have no other choice but to give in, or take their own life. After all, if you don't have control over your own mind, what do you have control over?
The only feeling Hysteria doesn't control is love, which is his one weakness. Often times, even the sight of affection harms him.

Personality
Sure, Jacky-boy is serious about his job, but really nothing else. He takes "comic relief" to a new level. His favorite pastime is making people laugh uncontrolably, often until they simply die from suffocating. He gets his kicks from watching people stare in dismay and horror as a person in front of them laughs at nothing....and dies. From this he gets his name and his nickname.
Aside from that, he has a smart mouth that could put a teacher on their death bed. I imagine he and Gilby could get along quite well, if Hysteria weren't so evil.

Accessories and Markings
As you can see, Hysteria is bright green with jet black hair, and a mohawk a wee bit short than Kancer's. On his face is a white marking intended to look like a masquerade mask. He has metal wings which he had installed himself, and some of the stitches have ripped to reveal part of the metal plate on his shoulderblade. There is a gold nail through the top of one wing. He wears another necklace fastened to his collar, and on it are mardi gras colored beads and a gold plate with an upside-down Jack of Spades symbol on it.
He loves his rainbows, which are on his tail, stripes and armwarmers. No, he's not gay...he's just flashy. His eyes, which are always pupil-less, change color at random.

I wish my stupid computer didn't kill colors though. This was so much clearer and brighter before.

Ohyeah. He was originally inspired by the Muse song "Hysteria", which my dad got me ADDICTED to (cuz he loves his Muse.)
I was liek, "Hey..that'd make a cool name for a char," and thus...Hysteria was born.
