A bit of a hair change.
I like this so much better...
Other than that..nothing else changed much.
'Cept now she has an epic fluffy tail.
I like...sketched this during health class.
I probably looked strange all hunched over the paper, blocking it at all cost so no ones sees me drawing an emo dog.
As if they didn't think I was weird enough xD
AND ABOUT HER VAMPIRE FORM.
I guess my story died.
Since this is so different then what was going on in the story xD.
But this owns that.

I'm probably butting in at a bad time, but I see like...no true resemblence to those fursonas at all. XD I can only point out general things that tons of other fursonas have.

this character is really similar to my fursona..
first off, the 4 basic fur colours are obviously close to mine and i even took some colour code samples on photoshop and they are awfully close. the bi-coloured eyes, i know are popular, kinda... shows proof too that it was partly from my fursona. and the markings are REALLY REALLY similar. even down to that diamond on the face. this was my first design of her: [link] see the diamond.
and the body markings are kinda also close to mine.

the layered part even with the black-grey-brown-cream colour order. and plus that you have a "vampire form" tops it all off.
mind telling me what`s going on here?
and i know this can just be a coincidence but my fursona and this character share too much similarities and i`m really concerned. i`ve had my fursona for a few years now without much design change and even with the same colours.
if you don`t believe me about all this, i have many more proofs and people to show it to you.

I too have had my fursona for a few years; though she's gone through a lot of changes as far as hair/style, she's always had the same basic colors.
Wow, I thought I was so original xD.
I swear to god though, I pulled everything you see on that ref out of my own head. I'm definantly not one to steal someone's art or char, since I've had it done to me multiple times and I hate it.
And, same as you, if you don't believe me, I have a lot of people that'll defend me on this that have known my 'sona for years.

i mean, i can understand the colour coincidence, but the design is just.. really irking me. even down to the ear fur colour it`s the same. and as i mentioned how the colour layers are black-grey-brown-cream. and the fact that she has green nails and so does mine.. it`s just... it`s TOO similar that it`s hard to believe that it`s just a mere coincidence.
well the only thing that bothers me a lot is just the way the design is. it`s really similar to mine.
i`m sure you`ve had your sona for a while but i`ve had tohru for 3 years with basically the same design and colours.

but like gaiana said, it looks VERY similar. like i could list many things that resembles her fursona.
like for an example;
- vampire form
- the nails
- colors
- diamond
- armwarmers but yours is just in purple.
- and how the colors layer.
i really don't think this is a coincidence. AS you said you had .."brandy" for several years if you had proof MAYBE it would be a little convincing but this is dated october 13 and i known gaiana for a pretty long time and she had tohru for a few years. o_o
if you really did steal, just admit it. dragging it out and denying you didn't will just bring more drama and trouble. o___o;;;

Lets examine this further, shall we:
Vampire form
-Vamps are EXTREMELY popular...everywhere. I can name a ton of other people who have vamp sonas. So that pretty much automatically eliminates that...
Nails
It even says on my ref that the nails can be painted any color, I just happened to used green for the ref since it's one of my fav colors.
Base Colors/Markings
I got my colors out of a dog breed book, pretty much. You gotta say...brown and grey/black aren't outrageous colors, they go well together, and can be found on MANY mixed breeds and even purebreds. Ever seen a German Shepherd, perhaps?
Armwarmers
Seriously, this is another HUGELY. MASSIVELY. popular thing for canine artists. Almost everyone's fursona has one nowadays. To use this to back up a supposed char-ripping case is absoloutely ridiculous and pretty much accuses everyone who has a fusona of stealing one person's char T_T
