Great job on the painting and I especially like the dirt on the tyres!
But how is the vehicle entered? Because it's pretty high... is there a foldable ladder? Or does the crew climb up via the tyres?

The whole thing can be raised ( i120.photobucket.com/albums/o1… ) and lowered ( i120.photobucket.com/albums/o1… ) and you can see the boarding steps underneath the main entrance door between the wheels. Inside there's a hatch into the driving compartment. And if he's in a hurry and/or doesn't want to use the main entrance door the driver dude can indeed climb in using the front rim or tyre as a step. If he were real...
