Well I practiced a bit last night, which is not to say it will work for me ALL the time because I'm no good at hair at all. But doing it your way was by far easier. If I were an apt pupil I'd be doing exceedingly gorgeous hair after reading that

Thank you! You have some beautiful stock. I made it soft by smudging. I use a speckled fur/hair brush to smudge the fur and a soft round for the skin. I have a tutorial here showing my technique. [link]
