What's left of another era. Once a popular resort area. Increasing salinity, pollution, fish and sea bird die offs and flooding on the Salton Sea have turned much of the resort areas into monuments of time past.That white beach that covers part of the childhood toy is not sand, but rather the remains of the fish die offs.
