The Boss, The Joy, The Legendary Soldier, A True Patriot - Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.

I really like The Boss, she's a strong female role model, who was the leader of the Cobra Unit, which consisted of The Fear, The Pain, The Fury, The End, and The Sorrow. She defected from America to Russia, joining Colonel Volgin and Revolver Ocelot to take down America during the Cold War, leaving her position as Naked Snake's trusted mentor, much to Snake's confusion and sadness. Snake had to then track her down all through Russia, ending his mission in a showdown between the both of them.

The Boss also did a lot of awesome shit before Metal Gear Solid 3; she participated in a nuclear testing experiment which left her infertile, was unofficially the first human in space, and taught Naked Snake everything he knew about Close Quarters Combat (CQC). So yeah, The Boss owned.

So, I thought I'd pay tribute by painting this. I used a figure of her that I own to draw the pose and get the details right. The flowers floating around are from the final battle ground, a field of thousands of white flowers. I wasn't sure what type of flower was used in the game, so I decided to make them white lilies, cos lilies are purdy.
