Dream Drop Distance (and Birth by Sleep) spoilers in these comments! Though I wonder if a warning is really even necessary at this point.

Not even necessarily speculation, just something I think would be cool to see in Kingdom Hearts III. Sitting in a chair for twelve straight years (give or take) probably doesn't help muscle mass and coordination, though apparently it does WONDERS in fighting the aging process.
So what has KH taught us?
Sitting in a chair slows growth. Floating in a magic flower apparently speeds it up.

Anyway, on a more serious note, I'm one of the people that thinks they see a ton of references to Ven's return in KH III (Aqua's too, but that's beside the point) and I kind of hope he's the first of the "lost" hearts to make his comeback. I'd probably die of feels in seeing him hoping to find Aqua and Terra (likely not knowing what happened to the latter) and his reunion with Mickey and (perhaps even more so) Lea. Plus I feel like he and Sora will be the best bros ever. Maybe even enough to become my new BroTP (currently taken by Pit and Dark Pit).

ANYWAY. As for the drawing itself. I originally just wanted to have Sora and Ventus, but then I started thinking about how Sora would possibly, bluntly, get Ven's heart out of his own. Then it occurred to me that Keyblade Masters apparently have the power to remove a heart, or even just part of one, so maybe he asked Riku to do the honors. And I'm sure Ven will be up and just as fast, nimble, and strong as he was before he fell asleep/into a coma/whatever in no time. (Seriously, I don't get how KH keeps finding ways to indirectly explain why the characters keep starting at level 1, but they do) But he probably just needs a little help getting back on his feet.
Also, I really hate drawing anything involving Castle Oblivion. It's mostly white, except not really, and then it's sort of blue, but kind of purple too, not light blue but not dark either. Aqua, Eraqus, any former watchers/keepers/etc., come on. Why?

Okay, I'm going to go hype again. E3 better bring some good news! Or at least 2.5 to tide us over.
