History:

During the Spanish Civil War, republicans with funding from the Soviet Union destroyed the Spanish Falange squadrons thus transforming Spain into a strong allied with communism in the east, having a strategic position for the deploying of Soviet troops during the Second World War.
After the downfall of the Axis powers, syndicalist partisians overthrow the newly formed Italian republic with the support of trade unions, workers and left-wing political activists , who had no hope of a prosperous future after the war, plus, they were very hostile with the Americans and with the british, capitalism sounds to them, nothing more as a continuation of fascism than a real help. So, Spain and Italy start to make a strong communist propaganda campaign in their common neighbor, France.
France had been destroyed by war, and after the Soviet takeover of Berlin, the socialist parties swore loyalty to the Stalinist regime, and seeing the revolutionary success of their neighbors, they began to work together with the help of the Soviet Union that had finally won strong allies in the west, began a strong campaign of strikes and protests, resulting in the revolutionary victory of the French communists as the nearly formed government and its army were completely weakened and had no chance of containing a revolt of this level.
The African colonies that still in control of these countries immediately declared independence, which was strongly supported by the United States and Great Britain.
The three countries being threatened by N.A.T.O and knowing that if they keep expanding trough europe that would be suicide, unite themselves in a single country, with its capital in Paris and then signed for the Warsaw pact.
