I think I might have already commented on this but I have a question. How long have you been drawing, and are you self taught? Since i was just curious and was wondering roughly how long you think it would take me to get to this level from the level i am at now, being self taught.

Thanks for another comment then I have been drawing since like...I don't know, since I remember. I always was that child with pencils But I started to draw portraits when I was like 11. And yes, I'm self taught, but I have art class, but there we learn about art and try new types of it (mainly in abstract way) so nothing like real "drawing class"
I checked your gallery and you have really good eye for details. Your portraits have similarity with persons. I think you should focus on shading. Try to draw also something else like fruit or still life..it can help you. And try to draw as much as you can...but don't hustle yourself. And when you draw someone, draw till you think it's perfect. Try to draw every single detail and shade. Even if it's like 8 hours of work. It worth it, because you get some more skills And sorry that I didn't give you as much advices, but I don't consider myself as someone who should give them. But I hope that with hard work you can achieve everything you want. And how old are you?

Thank you that helped a lot, any advice i appreciate I have been drawing since i was little too. My drawings didn't start getting like they are now until about a year ago i think. Knowing that you are self taught gives me hope that i will be where you are at one day And I am currently 15 soon to be 16.
