Description
Harle, the harlequin from Chrono Cross. Another great name, right? Harle the Harlequin, Draggy the Dragon, Skelly the Skeleton, and Grobyc the Cyborg... but bad names aside, and despite the fact that Harle's story is badly written and nonsensical, plus her dialogue is crap, she's still an awesome character. Well, face it. Clowns always have bad names. Clown in Batman? Joker. Sidekick? Harley Quinn. Fast food mascot? Ronald McDonald. The list goes on.

There's a very brief time after you become Lynx and before you get Radius where you have to use her, but it's not very memorable. Yeah, I'm always disappointed in how little time you get to try out the dozens of characters, too. I think they should rerelease CC with online compatibility so you can battle other players. Getting all those characters and doing all that work normally just serves no purpose.

You know something, Mr. Corris, it's a little bit impossible to really critique great art thoroughly. The only thing I can say really nagged me was the slight cropping at the top and bottom. Looks a little bit like placing her in the compsition was contrived.

Or just bump up the canvas size (if possible) by about 40 pixels. I think her feet would get cut off if moved down. But if you changed the canvas size and moved her down, who knows? The negative space may actually enhance the composition.
It's got some real creativity to it though. May I ask how you get those aggressive yet clean lines in your art? That exact style wouldn't work for me, but I may be able to take something from it and apply it to my currently bland work in the future.

HOLY CRAP, and on a random note that girl who Harle reminds me of that vanishes in and out of my life called me today. Wtf, weird timing, I have not heard from her in over 1.5 years and EXACTLY when I look at this picture she calls on my LAN line I never use...
