I really wish I could remember haha! But this was back in like 9th grade! I just remember it was like one of the first lessons we did. I know the guy had his own page because our teacher kept making us go back and reference from him.
It's driving me nuts that I keep looking for him and all I can find is manipulations that are close to what he did. I'm really sorry though ;v;
Even though, if I had to say, yours is a lot more creative than his. ((In my opinion! His was very static, I mean it was just a face and the boxes..but yours is very dynamic, with the different colors, and textures! That's what makes yours really amazing!))

Its perfectly ok!. I have seen stuff like mine but its
generally a traditionalist form of photo manipulation.
Some brilliant works out there.
And thank you for saying, i do love playing textures and
over saturated colors incorporating dreamlike surrealist
themes. cheers Lost ;D

I agree, I love seeing how people do their photo manipulation processes. I think it helped me appreciate both digital and traditional art.
My pleasure! and yes, it makes the picture pop!

Those are very beautiful! The ones that John Turk posted up are lovely! How they're complicated and have different details. Some of them look as if they're telling stories.
The bodies that you pinned are also really neat, Is that pieces of cloth and material? Or pieces of paintings? or is it simply just actual body parts? either way, it's very interesting! They would make really neat conversation starters.

Yes i really like the works of John Turk. As well as Zabu Stewart
they r quite similar in their style.
And yr right there are stories in most of them.
If yr referring to the faces, they are photos of eyes
lips noses etc, enlarged or shrunk then stitched onto
the head pic. They're pretty cool arent they.

That's awesome! I think art that can not only capture people, but tell them a story that entertains them are fantastic!
Oh wow, that's really cool! Very artistic! ^^

yes its pretty clever.
And art is so often our visual story teller.
Good artists tend to paint from the
subconscious, their art is filled with
symbolism. Things we often only
notice at that level.

Really? I did not know that!
I love cadbury eggs during Easter!...They also make them during Halloween. they use the white cream but make it green! That type of chocolate is very sweet!
I love those! There is nothing better then to have a terry chocolate orange. I always loved how it made you work for it.
Have you ever had Andes chocolate?
and there is also this one kind of lindt chocolate they come in either bars or in assorted mini sticks. But they come with chocolate caramel brownie, strawberry cheesecake, cookies and cream, and crunchy nougat. Have you ever had those before?

I didnt know u had cadbury chocolates in the U.S.
The halloween eggs sound cool. Yes i used to eat
a lot of terry's chocolate orange, years ago, so good.
Nope, never had Andes , i looked em up, they look
pretty good. And no i haven't had Lindt mini's must
try them. Have you ever had chocolate made by Pacari, the
company is from Ecuador and apparently they make some of
the best chocolate in the world. Must try!

It's rare to find it over here...but I know a store that sells it at a decent price.
Terry's chocolate oranges are just amazing <3
Some of the resturants here give Andes chocolate..like getting a mint after a meal. It's rare..but when people have em, you know it's a good place!
I looked up Pacari chocolate, it looks familiar, but I don't think I've ever had it. But I know what to look for when I get some time next time! c:

The store is amazing, it's called the Fresh Market...of course it sells a lot of nice fresh things, but it also sells neat things too. Like um, rose petal soda. It sounds weird, but it's just...so fresh!
Haha, yes pillow mints are amazing!
Yaay!

Well, it's a indie game which means only one person made it. The person created other games and one of them he got a lot of negative feedback that it was really scary and was not approrpirte for a kids game. It really crushed him and he got depressed for a while and then he came up with Five Nights at Freddys.
The game is a clicker jump scare type game. So you sit in a room and look at cameras and watch these animatronic creatures come out to scare you. It's a weird game, but I love the effort the creator put into it. I played the game a few times and get myself killed because I tend to just look at details in the game. For example he made the poster reflect off the glass window, I know it's odd, but it was just a neat detail.
O wow, that's really catchy!
