Description Another one of my "She Beasts". I don't often date my drawings, but it's definitely in the early 90s before my first Mac and way before I joined my first Female Muscle / Art Community at Diana The Valkyrie (Remember Kiddies?) I bet I was inspired by the She Hulk comic where she teamed up with Howard The Duck (!) and was mutated into a brute like "Incredible She Hulk". It was drawn by some kid named Bryan Hitch, who never went on to do anything of note.

BTW even though this in graphite her skin color is supposed to be green.

Hey BTX,
When I first saw this character, I was like, 'WHOA, what was BTX thinking!?" But, the more I kept looking at it, I began to see, GENIUS idea! I don't know why, but I kind of like simian-type superheroines/villainesses, especially ones with secret ID. Darn good character man, thanks for sharing!

I was trying to read what you originally wrote for her speech balloon. No success.

Nice drawing from your early days.

It reads: "WHERE AM I?....WHAT IS THIS PLACE?..... I MUST GET OUT...OUT.... OUT!!!!!!" She's just transformed and is about to throw some big "Kirby Machine" at someone. I don't remember why. Maybe Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four was trying to cure her.

No, I can read that. I meant that I was trying to read the original penciled words that you overwrote with the current words.

Huh... I haven't the slightest idea... What's great about the unvarnished stuff is to see how I changed positions of her right arm and the position of the torso and legs... I remember in Art History class we would look at the underdrawings of Da Vinci or Michelangelo and see the erasures, or the redrawn limbs even the start of a completely different drawing... I may get back to graphite drawings again...

True. When I visited Italy, particularly Firenza (Florence), I saw a slew of unfinished sculptures, paintings, sketches and such. Michelangelo was a freaking genius and a master of art.

Awesome! I loved the sequel that you did with the character's origin!

Hey, what was your name at The Valkyrie site? I still frequent there reading stories!

The same as it's always been... BTX. I haven't been there in an age, but I think my early gallery is still there.
