Its not so much that it is hard. More so it takes time to learn to use curves and channel mixer.

Heh, yeah thats IR for ya. Not sure if thats some kind of flare from the filter or just IR light.

Upon further inspection, it appears to be IR light that is bouncing off the water and onto the rock. I submitted another version in which I did my best to make this "spot" less distracting.
