Description I took this shot last winter at Riding Mountain National Park in Manitoba, Canada.

My friend and I went snow shoeing this day and the snow was SO deep we were sinking up to our bums WITH snow shoes on! It was crazy! By the time we were done we were exhausted!!! It was great fun though - and hopefully we'll do it again this winter!

first off. i love snowshoeing! i went for the first time last year & had the most fun! now going in snow that you went through... that doesn't sound so fun. lol. but either way it's great fun i definitely agree! your image is lovely. i really like the tone process you chose. beautiful. & gets me excited for snow!

Yeah - it's fun and great exercise - but in deep snow like that - pretty crazy hard work!!

The trunk,wood and branches seperates itself wonderfully from the stark chilly looking land Sandie,hope you don`t get the white stuff too soon this year
