Drawn to prove to a friend that yes, I CAN draw something besides Alice/Reg fluff...but I didn't like doing it!
Coloring the vest black was probably the hardest part to do. Title take from the lyrics of an amazing song written by Sam Rolens. Unfortunately there's no version of it online anywhere, but if anyone wants it I can probably send it to them.
I'm gonna have to draw a bazillion fluff pictures now to make up for this...

I teared up even when drawing it. Then I had to draw a bunch of Alice/Hatter fluff to make myself feel better.

Aw, thanks! Yea, I figure she would've cut it all off in some sort of angsty dramatic gesture, so that's why it's so short. Since that was the first thing her ever said to her, and all.
