A card from one of the oracle decks I am working on - This one is Wisdom - corresponds to the High Priestess in the Tarot. The name of the deck isThe Faery Feyth Oracleβ’

I expanded the brown border of the card a bit. The thinking is that I will copy this border exactly on all the cards and we will get a custom die cut for them so that the little nicks and tears will be there on the edges of the completed deck. Capiche?

This is lovely. Doing a custom die, that's possibly rather expensive! But it would be interesting if you do it. I'd think that the cards would have to be on a particularly heavy stock to support the nicked edges without starting to wear too easily.

of course! In fact while it is nowhere near completeion yet I should have news on it's publishing estimation date in the next few weeks. I will keep you all posted. and Ummm....actually I am already re-doing this card completely!! I wasn't happy with it for a variety of artistic and techincal reasons so I will be posting a new one soon!
