It's really beautiful! You see it's Thranduil, even though he is younger and somehow you managed to catch his charisma (I'm not sure if it's the right word for it...), you see who he will come to be but he is'n it yet ...

This is absolutely fantastic.
I like the concept of seeing him as a younger version when he was a prince.
Although he's one of those characters that has a bad reputation I like seeing what he could have conceivably been like before. The details you put in are wonderful and I really like the design and the colors you used in this piece.

I love this. He looks younger and more innocent somehow (yet not naive). Even though elves don't really age. (Is it due to the burden of kingship? Or the events during the Last Alliance?). Also, the family resemblance with Legolas is rather obvious like this. This is really great. I might like it even more than the "huggable pillow" Thranduil
