This is lovely. I agree with the person who said the composition is great! The colors are a good choice and the background is fantastic.
Crits: You could do more with the yellow highlighting, instead of just making a glow around the characters, put it into the characters coloring as well! As well, you could try shading with the blue/purple from the background to give it more depth. Especially areas where you colored them grey or white (the dragon in perticular). You can highlight and shade with many colors and still have the main color read as grey or white!
But really, great job. I love the bird

Detail is extremely nice, love the highlights and how the clouds are not just regular poofs in the sky, and that they're accentuated by a thick, thin line. This is much more than just a normal fav. for me. This is just flat-out awesome.
