You mean Piloswine? Eh, Piloswine has issues, too. Namely, the fact that its fur covers its eyes, effectively making it blind.

Its Pokedex entry specifically says that it's rendered near-blind by the hair covering its eyes. So, not a problem for real-world dogs, but certainly a problem for Piloswine.

Oh pardon me, I thought this was a two-staged evolution based on the comic. I honestly haven't played PokΓ©mon since the last GBA version (ruby/saphire I believe?), so I had no idea about Piloswine.
