So it's OK. I hate stealers! One of my friend's pic was stealed and nobody belived her, stealers's friends was helping him. But well if it is in your own style it is OK

its okay. :3 i understand i've had that happen but when i seen it i wanted to try something with that kind of idea of the cat falling. I was originally going to use blue instead of the green but it didn't look to great so i went through the hues and green fit best.

Oh, looks like I never gave you that artistic rant! Here it goes:
The use of line is outstanding, I like lines used in work to begin with, and you created line throughout the whole piece which unifies it.
That isn't the only factor that unifies the piece throughout, the background texture of bricks creates a pattern and a contrasting shape with the foreground, bringing a nice difference between the focal point.
I'm quite the fan of the rusty color you used for the cat's darker markings, and it is wonderfully complimented by the green (as it is indeed red's complimentary color). The use of this red color is also in the background texture, which is a nice way of bringing them together but allowing a separation between the two, as is clear.
The shapes created with the highlights on the focal point (the cat) are interesting in themselves. If they were taken and placed on a blank page by themselves, it would create a whole other piece, which is a great accomplishment as an artist. Same goes for the un-highlighted parts of the focal point.
