there is one thing i find strange about sombra how can he have normal eyes in physical form but sometimes have those evil eyes i find it a bit confusing

Think about it. Before he was defeated 1000 years ago, he made an entire empire disappear. Then he set it up to be very difficult to rescue it once it appeared. (ex: amnesia spell, hiding the crystal heart, etc.) I think he did a lot, just not in the events of the episode.
