Bushiroad is in charge of the Japanese dub of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
Knowing that, I just had to draw something My Little PonyxCardfight!! Vanguard related. Gonna get this picture printed onto a playmat.
Twilight is using Oracle Think Tank and Fluttershy is using the Gold Paladin Bunnies. I know Great Nature is a better fit for Fluttershy, but the two decks I own are an Oracle Think Tank Tsukuyomi Deck and a Gold Paladin Pellinore Deck so I wanted them to use those in the picture.

Pinkie: Nova grappler
Fluttershy: Great nature
Spike: Gold paladins but later choosing link joker.

not that there is anything wrong with oracle think tank. I never played the clan myself and don't have any cards from that clan but I have nothing against them.

Ahh so Fluttershy is using Pelanore and Twilight is using Tsukyomi. Change Twilight's Clan to genesis and have her run C.E.O Yggdrasil. [you know, so she can say no to PG's]

try watching the anime on youtube and then once you have a general understanding of it from the show, go out and buy a trial deck, remember, the cards can help you to understand abilities and powers outside of your knowledge

I think another good reasone why its good for fluttershy to play gold paladins over great natures is because great natures have these skills where you kill your own rear guards, and I don't think fluttershy is a fan of killing her own rearguards, especially when it comes to cute animals LOL

Oracle Think Tank fits Twilight perfectly. But do you also think she would possibly shift to Genesis? Considering how they're somewhat related to OTT.
As for the other characters, here's what I see them running:
Applejack: Nova Grapplers (Beast Deity build)
Rainbow Dash: No idea, but I'm thinking either Narukami or Dimension Police (don't know why)
Pinkie Pie: Pale Moon for the reasons given above.
Rarity: Royal Paladin (Jewel Knights). Since they're quite beautiful and elegant like her.
Fluttershy: I'd say Great Nature as its filled with cute critters.
Spike: Kagero/Narukami (because Dragons).
CMC: Nova Grapplers for Apple Bloom, Bermuda Triangle for Sweetie Belle and whatever Rainbow Dash runs for Scootaloo.
Big Macintosh: Nova Grapplers
Gilda: No idea.
Trixie: Pale Moon. She's a performer for Celestia's sake, it's the perfect fit for her.
As for the others, I'm not sure.

What decks do you think that the other ponies would use?

Rarity-I'm guessing maybe a Royal Paladin Galahad build. The reason I choose Galahad is because that one guy from Brilliant Stars was using it and he was obsessed with beauty kinda like Rarity. Besides I think she would love some of the outfits that the Royal Paladins have.
Rainbow- would probably run a Narukami deck since their theme is thunder and lightning and her cutie mark is a rainbow lightning bolt. Also, similar to how she can clear the skies, Narukami can clear the field of intercepts.
Apple Jack- This is a tough one, but I gotta say she might use Neo Nector since they involve growing plants similar to how she grows apple trees. One of them even has a picture of an elf holding an apple.
Pinkie Pie-This one was pretty tough to but I think Pale Moon might match her best. The Pale Moon circus has a lot of tricks and Pinkie's the only one pony who can be just as tricky (maybe even more so) as the Pale Moon.

Rarity uses galahad
Rainbow uses Narukami
AJ uses nova grapplers
pinkie pie uses pale moon
Luna uses dark irregulars
NMM uses shadow paladins
and Celestia uses Link Joker
though idk who would use genesis, angel feather, kagero, nubatama, murakumo, tachikaze, spike brothers, aqua force, bermuda triangle, granblue, great nature, megacolony, neo nectar, dimension police, and etranger
