I love the idea of human!Wheatley following Chell through the test chambers. He totally muffed the last one and almost got them both killed, and it seemed the harder he tried to help, the more buttons he absentmindedly pushed, or pits he accidentally fell into or lasers he nearly hit Chell with. This time Chell's silent command is for him to stay very very still at the entrance of the test and try not to move while she solves it. He can't argue with an expression like that.
