The story might have been lacking, but man....was this movie nice to look at....especially Angelina Jolie as Maleficent (those wings though.....)! And the relationship between Maleficent and Aurora was simply adorable.
I am a fan.

I think that you just have to see it as a total different story, not a remake of the classic Disney one... Because it has nothing do to with it! Of course, if you consider it a remake it will be a total mess and I'd agree, but if you consider it just another version of the story, it's awesome ΓΉ.ΓΉ
Yet Disney should now put a stop on all the remakes -.- This is the only good one so far and they already announced Cinderella and another one that I can't even remember XD
